English professor selling Terrell Hills 3BD

Jeanne Reesman has listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 625 Morningside Drive in Terrell Hills for $439,900.

Ms. Reesman acquired the property in January 2003. The 2,033-square-foot home was built in 1951. It is valued at $351,230. Lynn Boyd III of Phyllis Browning Company is the listing agent.

Reesman is a professor in the department of English at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She previously served the university as graduate dean and director of English, classics, philosophy, and communication. She is a member of the executive board of the American Literature Association.

She previously taught at Baylor University, the University of Hawaii, and the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Ph.D.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 136 home sales in Terrell Hills during the past 12 months.
