Dentists relist Dominion 5BD for $2.35M

Mario C. Rapanotti and Elva G. Rapanotti have relisted a five-bed, 4.5-bath home at 12 Champions Lane in The Dominion for $2.35 million.

The Rapanottis originally listed the property with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. for $2.75 million in December 2011. Janet Key of the same listing agency is the current agent for the home.

The Rapanottis previously acquired the property in December 2008. The 6,359-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Texas, and is valued at $1.8 million.

Mario Rapanotti and Elva Rapanotti are both dentists practicing in the San Antonio area. They both received their medical degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

The Rapanottis also sold homes at 6 Davenport Lane in October 2005 with an assessed value of $2.54 million and at 17 Crescent Bluff in December 2008 with an assessed value of $3.64 million. Both properties are in The Dominion.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 84 home sales in The Dominion during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $698,995.
